Understanding your physical pain
The structural, postural side of man has been the most neglected area. Our many years of practicing the combination of kinesiology-kinisiotherapy proved the best way to improve someone’s quality of life by improving the pain free movement and function of their body.
Through gentle movements, we test through touching the body and the muscles using their functions, their relative strength and weakness and how they work within the body.
This will help prevent malfunctions and pains from developing as well as correct the cause of the pain and allow the life force to flow uninterrupted throughout the body. We also focus on making physical changes to tissues rather than putting emphasis on relaxing only the nervous system. We also work to improve athlete’s endurance, mobility and strength and enhance their overall physical conditioning.
